Sebastian Bimbi

Sebastian, in a backwards cap and heavy dark glasses, stands in profile in a dimly lit room and gestures mid-sentence with a presentation clicker between his fingers.

1.5 million people follow Sebastian Bimbi on TikTok, and 11,000 on LinkedIn. A much smaller number hire him. He is a Webflow Growth Partner, and growth-stage companies pay him for both halves: his studio designs the site, then he builds it by hand. No template underneath.

Webflow named him an MVP in 2025 and an ACE advisor. Notion made him an ambassador. He founded NOCODE.LAT, Latin America's largest Spanish-speaking no-code community, and runs Bimbi Digital, a retainer-based Webflow studio.

There's a W tattooed on his neck. Webflow. Not a brand. A reminder that building in public outlasts any job title.

He co-founded SRC.MX, a Mexican polling firm registered with the national electoral authority. In 2025, he founded Bimbi Digital, his Webflow studio. Today, his clients are on three continents.

About forty people crowd together for a group photograph in a warm room of wood and glass, the front row crouching and several throwing peace signs, around a large white Webflow W held up beside a red block lettered PERU. Almost everyone is wearing a lanyard and a name badge.

A joke send-off for NOCODE.LAT: a television cast and crew posing around a prop gravestone.

He built NOCODE.LAT from zero, growing it to 3,000 developers over four years before closing it deliberately in 2026.

Bimbi Digital works on a retainer model: $5,000 to $15,000 per month, depending on scope. Fixed projects start at $25,000. Sebastian works directly with you, backed by a small team. No project managers.

Sebastian photographed from above, in a white t-shirt and patterned shorts, sitting back among beanbags and making a peace sign, with a table tennis table behind him and bare mountains through the high windows.

He begins every engagement with one question. What does this website need to do for your business? The answer decides everything after it. There are no long-term contracts, and most clients stay six to twelve months anyway.

Sebastian has mentored more than 500 developers through his community and ADPList. 65% of them landed their first paying client. He is a Top 1% mentor on ADPList. Testimonials come from developers across four continents. What they credit most is clarity, naming the real problem and giving permission to start.

The introduction calls him a speaker. This is what that has meant so far. A classroom in 2023, beginning with what Webflow even is. Notion Community Fest at Universidad de Lima in September 2025, the keynote, the hall it filled, and the smaller room the workshop ran in. Then a room in 2026 that came to find out what an agent is.

Sebastian speaks at the front of a classroom, photographed from the back over the heads of seated students, in front of a projected slide reading in Spanish: what is Webflow, an online platform for designing websites, letting you build and launch them without programming.

June 2023. A Webflow community session. The slide behind him is still explaining what Webflow is.

Sebastian stands alone in profile on a stage, pointing to one side, in front of a screen showing the Notion Community Fest title slide: workshop, keynote, full day, Universidad de Lima, September 2025.The view from the edge of a theatre stage looking out at a packed audience of several hundred people in raked seating under a blue-lit ceiling.Sebastian, mic in hand and mid-gesture, stands at the left of a small room photographed from the back over the heads of about twenty-five seated people, in front of a projected browser window on a Notion page headed Notion Community Fest, Lima, whose Spanish headline asks whether LinkedIn is only a digital CV. A button beneath it carries his own name.
Seen from the back of a packed room, Sebastian stands in shadow beside a bright projected Spanish slide reading: tonight's promise, one, what agents are, two, what they are for, three, how to start your own from zero.

May 2026. La promesa de esta noche: what agents are, what they are for, and how to start your own from zero.
